A night of glitz, glamor, and nostalgia awaited the staff of DBS at the Service Recognition Awards as we took a trip down the memory lane.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
DBS hosted yearly Service Recognition Awards Ceremonies to celebrate the achievements of their employees.
Each year, the ceremony needed to be a memorable and meaningful experience for both the award recipients and their colleagues, while also showcasing DBS’ commitment to rewarding excellence in service.
YEAR 2023
Following a successful 2022 Services Recognition Awards (SRA), Flash partners with DBS again in 2023 to host their annual SRA ceremony at Sands Expo & Convention Center and celebrate the career milestones of over 1,800 DBS employees.
OUR PART
We also added an extra layer of creativity and engagement this year by planning a skit and dance flash mob which was very well received. By integrating these elements into the ceremony, we not only celebrated milestones but also ensured that the event was a source of joy and inspiration for all in attendance.
Another highlight is the production of over 100 personalised book containing personal messages for each of the awardees which they found very memorable and well done.
YEAR 2022
For 2022, Flash was brought in to coordinate the entire event – from designing the key visual, look and feel of the concept down to the schedule of the event itself.
We also produced a tear-jerking post-event video that you see below.
